Over the past 6+ years i’ve worked as a creative leader based in Berlin, working across strategy, creative direction, and production. I've run teams, built ventures, and produced work at every stage from the first sketch to opening night - I don't hand off the parts that get complicated.

My educational background stems in psychology, leadership, brand strategy, workshop development, and behavioural science, because the harder problem in any project is rarely the visual one — it's the people, the incentives, the room. At the same time i’m a recognized nerd within visual communication design and technology. I care about how something is actually made, not just what it's supposed to mean.

I co-founded Saint Loba, and Kilowatt Berlin. I started the Soho Mentorship Programme in Berlin and have led it through five cohorts. Now i also co-run the Experience Design studio at Baketown.

What I'm good at is holding both ends at once: the craft and the strategy, the culture and the operations, the idea and the thing you can actually stand in front of. That's the work I keep coming back to, and the work I want to keep doing.
